The quote tool
The quoting form requests gender, date of birth, your own health assessment, tobacco use status, desired coverage amount, and term length. This information is transmitted to the carriers' quoting platform to generate rate quotes and is not retained by this site. Your name, home address, phone number, or email are never collected as part of the quote request. If you request the same quote multiple times, a temporary cache may be used to avoid redundant queries to the carriers' service.
Applying
Should you proceed with an application, your earlier responses will populate a secure application hosted by the carriers' platform, and you will then be bound by that platform's privacy policy. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance agency (License 0B75129), manages the application process.
The contact form
The contact form gathers your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, the topic of your message, and your message text. Messages are forwarded to the agency by email, and your email serves as the return address. This website retains no archive of your message, maintains no submission database, and keeps no record of message text. An anti-spam validation runs in your browser immediately before transmission.
Measurement
We track page visits using on-site, cookie-free analytics delivered from this domain. No cookies, pixels, or device identifiers are created; the final octet of your IP address is removed before storage; search parameters from referring websites are stripped; visitor logs are purged after 90 days. Browsers configured with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are excluded from measurement entirely.
What we do not do
We maintain strict limits: we do not sell, share, or license any personal data; we do not deploy advertising or tracking software; we do not embed third-party analytics tools. The sole third-party software present is the carriers' secure application platform, and it only executes if you navigate to the application page.
